It was a little frustrating to be almost exclusively shown the better hearing aids than my insurance would substantially cover. HOWEVER, when it became clear that I could buy the same brand of hearing aids in another country (where we work) at a much lower cost, I was over-the-top impressed with their good attitude and continued helpfulness - even knowing I would not be buying hearing aids in their store.
