He lets me know when I need to take care of something. Thank you Merle for taking care of us. I think he might even pray for us. I do not know his beliefs, but I know Merle is there for us, even before we know we need him.

He explains the details, to level of extreme that I ask. He is thorough and I always feel that I am a special customer to him. I have been with his agency for more than 10 years, possibly more than 15 years. He is worth my loyalty!!
