  I can’t say enough about Heritage Pointe! My parents initially moved in to one of the houses around a pond and they loved it. As the years passed, my mother moved into memory care, and my father died. My mother is so loved and so well taken care of at Heritage Pointe, that I cannot believe it! I have never experienced a nursing facility as wonderful as this one. The staff at every level are compassionate and interactive with the residents.
  They have fun activities from morning until evening, so that the residents are not bored or lonely. I visit frequently, and I actually look forward to every visit because I enjoy the staff so much!
  By the way, the food is phenomenal, and is prepared in a scratch kitchen, which is unheard of in this type of setting.
  Also if a resident doesn’t want what is on the menu, there is a huge alternative menu to choose from.
  Entering the main building, you feel like you are going into a resort rather than a nursing facility. It really is quite phenomenal-to say I love Heritage Pointe is an understatement!

  I was blessed to get a job at Heritage Pointe! The nurses work well as a team and my CNA’s really care about the residents and provide great care! The supervisors step in and help with new admissions and help with care on the floor when needed! Our management is great and is always making sure our residents get the best care they deserve! It is a great place to work and a great place for care of your family member!

  We recently toured the facility because our daughter now works at Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne. We are so impressed with the beautiful facility and overall environment, and know first hand residents will be cared for by kind, capable, and caring staff who care about the whole person. My mother lived at Heritage Pointe of Warren in The Alzheimer’s Unit, and we have many friends who have been at Heritage Pointe of Huntington. Heritage Pointe Communities are providing exceptional living experiences to our loved ones at all three facilities, and I look forward to seeing more about about their activities and reviews in the years ahead!

  I am proud to work for Heritage Pointe of Fort Wayne! I love my residents and coworkers. We have a hard working team, and I’m fortunate to work along side them. The facility is beautiful and a great atmosphere to work in. I have worked for Heritage Pointe Communities for almost 7 years and I am grateful to represent them. This company has helped me pursue my career and also value my passion for the job! Great place to work and learn!

  Every experience I have with staff and residents is remarkably positive! It is very obvious there is true team spirit in action. The focus is on resident care (a true passion for those living in the community) and the staff working cohesively. Very positive culture. Facility is impeccably clean and well maintained. Class act all the way. The food is great!
