The scheduled worker was tied up on another call, but Calvin came soon after I let the office know we were still waiting for our scheduled appointment. He and a helper stayed on our job to complete the installation of a new water heater! We very much appreciate his diligence in seeing to it that our needs were met as promised. Would definitely recommend WC Borchelt & Sons!

Mason and Colin were fantastic. Very knowledgeable, and even had my problem diagnosed before they walked in the door. Very professional with great communication skills. Even got along great with the pets! But the diagnosis and repair was quick and efficient. Could not have asked for better service!
