I really can't say enough good things about this location. I'm a new mom and had no choice but to bring in my fussy 3 week old to my appointment and the staff was more than patient. I was greeted immediately when I came into the door, the doctor was amazing during my exam and was more than understanding when I asked if I could just hold my baby instead of her crying the entire exam, and the receptionist was a complete sweetheart and actually gave feedback on what glasses looked best on me. I wish I could remember their names to give them proper recognition! I will definitely continue to see them for any eye care needs.

First time at Lounge Optical and was so pleased with the attention from the moment I entered the optical. The attention was so warm nice welcoming from the front desk to the Doctor and the eyeglasses fit tech by the name of Lyric was so helpful. I am certainly extremely satisfied with the service.

Very professional and so helpful. The doctor was amazing and made my life so much better now that I can see. After my exam they had already picked out frames for me to try on. Picked the perfect pair and I did not have to spend time searching! Very nice people to work with.

The staff was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. My doctor is the most kind, professional, and caring doctor I’ve ever had. She explained everything so I could understand, answered all my questions, and helped me get the right prescription. She even remembered details about my personal life from last year. Chase at the front who checked me in and did part of my exam was also very friendly and helpful. He helped pick out the perfect glasses for me. I love coming to this location!
