Very knowledgeable and prices were fair. Service was great!

I have been using their services for over 10 years. I am very satisfied with their work each and every time. The only thing I would change is that the receptionist/appointment maker up front needs to be a little more friendly. She is not rude or unprofessional in the traditional sense of the word, but she has zero personality and refuses to make (or respond to) casual conversation, even when she is not busy. This does not prevent me from giving Berger's five stars, though.

I love/hate the place, but in my nearly half century of dealing with mechanics and repair shops, I guess this is generally the case. I completely trust the work performed here, appointments are available when you need them, they have a convenient location, and the price seems in line with local shops. That said, I do feel that they attempt to "over-sell" their services, sometimes suggesting repairs that are above the safe operation of the vehicle. Maybe it's just my pet peeve, but if I knew less about cars, I feel my bill could be more than expected.

Great service and got things done in a timely fashion.
