Sweet park and disc golf course! They have a lot of nice shade trees on a good part of the course. The park has 2 sets of swings and multiple play areas as well as slides and things to climb on. If you have little toddlers keep a close eye though, cause there's some tall parts they could fall from. 😄 They have a splash pad, drinking fountain, covered picnic area, and bathrooms (I believe they're the flushable kind). It's usually pretty busy so hold on to your valuables and keep an eye on your kids.
Love this place! Lot's of covered and uncovered outdoor seating, a fun and challenging disk golf course, fishing pond, splash pad, playground, restrooms, running/walking trail, basketball, tennis, tons of open fields, etc. Something for everyone in the family. It can get a bit crowded on the weekends but not overcrowded. I also enjoy watching the LARPers on Sunday while I play disk golf.
Kids love the water Park, especially the big bucket of water that dumps on them. They get to start the water fountains themselves. We enjoyed the pavilion next door to water area for our family reunion all day long. The pavilion was large, air conditioned and had ample parking for about 40-50 people.
A great place to hold a family reunion. The splash pad, clean restrooms, and large facility made our reunion complete
Nice paved park to walk while other wooded trails are to muddy and need to dry out. The easy paved path is 2 miles exactly. My only gripe is there isn’t many trash bins along the path, so I had to carry my dog’s “deposit” a ways.😑 And you wanna get there early, it gets busy after 11am or so.
