(February 6, 2019, 3:34 pm)I have lost 36 lbs. in 4 months. Down 2 clothes sizes. BP is way down and taking less medication. Joint pain is almost gone and I feel great. The staff are wonderful to work with and give you great encouragement. I have really changed my eating habits for the betterment of my health. Glad I went through the Vilulu program.

(December 6, 2018, 1:39 pm)I started on vilulu in August 2018 at 309 lbs, today 12-6-18 I weighed in at 248.2 lbs. This journey has been very easy and productive. I am incredibly grateful that I was introduced to the team that has taught me the correct way to eat and think about my health.
I was taking medicine for type 3 diabetes, hi blood pressure, and high cholesterol when I started the program. My doctor earlier this month took me off my diabetes medication now that I am at an A1C of 5.4 and has lowered my blood pressure medicine prescription. I cannot be more pleased with my progress. -

(January 31, 2017, 10:15 am)I am at the beginning of week 2 and I already feel so much better. I've lost some weight, but more importantly, I am learning to eat healthy. I am never hungry on this diet and I am not craving sugar or flour!! Sabrina is very kind and knowledgable.
