I walked in saying, to Michael, show me your 5 softest mattresses. He showed me 6. 3 were no's right off the bat. Then I narrowed it down from there. Took about an hour total, going back a forth between 3 beds. Michael was very informative and patient with me. He gave me his opinion when asked for it but did not try to sway me in any direction. I am 99% positive that I will be happy with my purchase. Customer service was great.

We had an amazing experience at Mattress Firm today. We walked in thinking we would buy just a mattress but after trying the Tempurpedic adjustable bed, we were hooked.
Marty was extremely knowledgeable, walking us through all our options and took great care and time with us. We highly recommend this place and will be telling our friends to go there. :) thanks again! Oh and also delivering bed tomorrow which is a plus plus!

This was probably the best customer service I've ever received in my life. That is coming from someone who is highly skeptical of "sales people".

Michael was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely seems like a good guy. I never once felt like he was trying to use under-handed sales tactics. I did light research prior to coming in regarding mattress prices, and concluded Michael was extremely transparent and even went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and remained within my budget. I have ordered my bed through Mattress Firm and have zero doubt that I will be very satisfied once it arrives.

My salesperson, Angel, was fantastic.
He asked all the right questions. He patiently listened to my answers and waited for me to try out each bed. Angel was knowledgeable and friendly.
I found just the right bed and adjustable base. The Memorial Day sales were great. I left very happy with my purchase. Now I'm going to sleep like a princess! LOL
