They are usually very busy but I always know that I'm going to get great service so I don't mind the wait. They helped me get a car loan after and unexpected car accident. They also helped me open a 3 Rivers credit card and get my existing card balances transferred over, which saved me a lot of $$ in interest. I also opened an IRA with their Investment Team. It's always a great experience!!
