(December 11, 2021, 1:33 am)One of the most affordable communities around, great place to start fresh, also affordable to the ones in tough situations, Diner, dollar general, and a gas station around the corner,
That being said, it is an older mobile home park, that's lacked proper management in the past, community is improving by the day, and the negative reviews, probably have been evicted.
Overall, great area, with an attentive manager. -
