They tell me call t mobile or sprint because I have accounts with both of them is like they don't wanna help, I get more help from the one on division -

(October 30, 2022, 10:17 pm)Great customer service. I prefer this store over the one off 122nd and Halsey. Alec was really nice and helpful. Actually I've dealt with two other employees at the Mall 205 store and they are all just as nice and helpful. When I'm in town, I will rather drive to this store than deal with the employees at the Halsey store.

(September 24, 2022, 12:36 pm)Magali went above and beyond in customer satisfaction and service, she took the time out of her day to try to help my husband and I find the plan that fit our needs and budget. She tried everything she could to fight to keep my husband's phone number the same, including calling his old provider herself! She was amazing and helpful and we loved her :)
