One of the most important things to us in the planning process was to find a place where trust and integrity is evident and this was conveyed during our first interaction with Lisa. We were able to complete and finalize all of our arrangements via technology while in the comfort of our home. This was a great option for us considering the COVID situation. Lisa guided us through the process and answered questions in an informative and caring way. Making a decision for our final "rest" was make with confidence and reassurance with Fairhaven.

She put me at ease, she is competent and fun to work with. I had no idea that the whole process could go so smoothly. I'm very happy with Fairhaven!

(December 28, 2019, 8:20 am)It took me a while to gather enough strength to share this with the person reading this review. In short I cannot recommend FairHaven Funeral Home enough. My words elude me for the most accurate portrayal of how AMAZING the team there really and truly is.
From start to finish the FairHaven team went above and beyond to ensure everything was a seamless as could be. If you're still considering not utilizing FairHaven to personally attend to your loved one during your time of loss then I would strongly recommend you reconsider.
I know my experience and description of how my family and loved ones were treated. I hope in the end you will consider my personal assessment to be 100% accurate from someone that lost their loved one and utilized FairHaven during our family loss.
