There is a skilled side and an unskilled (homemaker) side. For the most part, the skilled side is good. However, the office staff for the unskilled side is the most incompetent and unprofessional I've ever dealt with in 20 years of being disabled. If you deal with Shawna be prepared. She will NOT call and let you know if your caregiver calls off. She has done this to me three times in about two months. Also, if you call to let her know you don't need your caregiver she will also not relay that message. Other than the fact she takes too many smoke breaks, it's safe to say she is lazy. Good luck.
UPDATE: On the unskilled side I now deal with Melody. She is very caring and professional and really takes care of business. Because of this improvement I'm changing my two star rating to four.
