  Heartland was integral in providing the utmost care and comfort for my Mom in her final few months. Being the only family member in the area, Heartland acted as the family I didn't have nearby, for the support and comfort I needed. Their regular calls and updates made all the difference in the world as I was unable to continually make contact with my Mom. They always let me know that she was all right and they were there for her every day. Nurse Bonnie was especially helpful in providing care and support on an almost daily basis. What a relief it was knowing somebody “had my back” during one of the most difficult times of my life.

  Heartland took care of both of my grandparents. They were amazing. My grandparents used both home care and hospice and the experience was great. My grandmother calls her therapist from home care her friend and he got her back to where she was. My grandfather received care from both home care and hospice and was given the most compassionate care before he passed. What a great company with amazing people.

  I love Heartland in every way! It really surprises me to see such negative reviews given their unsurpassed reputation for providing consistent and compassionate care!
  Over the past six years I have worked with and referred many individuals and Residents to Heartland without any concern. Each time what I have gained is a reliable partner in doing what is in the best interest of the Resident. Their nursing team is exceptional and often has come to visit Residents even when they are off duty. They provide free information to families considering Hospice as well as have an amazing Chaplin who I have seen not only attending Residents' funerals but spending time with the grieving families. I always feel at ease when I know a Resident has selected Heartland because I know that they will get the care they deserve!

  They took good care of me when I was recovering from surgery. They were on time for appointments, and made me feel that I had their full attention. You can tell these nurses, and therapists take their jobs seriously. Thank you for all you do.

  My husband needed PT and OT after back surgery, and we were referred to Heartland Home Health. The care he received was top-notch. The nurse took time assessing his needs, encouraging him, and making great suggestions to help him in his recovery. The PT and OT were patient and caring with him. They all did a wonderful job, and I would absolutely recommend them to others!
