(November 23, 2021, 4:41 pm)I was in town for a three day seminar. I found this gym on google and got in a couple workouts. I had a blast. Misty and the group were welcoming. They were diverse and fun people. All different ages and skill sets. The workouts were challenging at all levels. This gym would be my home if I lived in Fort Wayne. I’d love to visit again soon!

The staff was super friendly, the programing challenging yet interesting, and the gym dogs are the best! It truly felt like my home gym and if I lived in the area would be my gym. I hope work brings me back to the area so I can drop in again.

The facility is spacious, clean, and an excellent place to exercise! The coaches and athletes are all around, the best in town! If you are looking for an amazing place to get a good workout in and feel very welcomed, Crossfit Praus is definitely the place for you!

No matter what your current fitness level is the outstanding coaches will instruct you and help you adapt the workout. Each day is different, you will meet great people, and get individualized coaching in a small group setting. This is my favorite CrossFit location in Fort Wayne!
