Best experience I’ve had buying a car! They take the anxiety of buying a car completely out of the picture! Clean & knowledgeable staff and they don’t make it a priority to get over on you! (Unlike Barts Car Stores)… 10/10 I recommend!

I worked with Brian and Austin and they both are wonderful sales men. Overall the car itself I have had issues with but each time bringing into I worked with Austin and he has been wonderful he is the only one I want to deal with if I have any issues. I am spending lots of money for my 2018 trax and don’t expect to have major issues but within few months I have had it I have had some but Austin has made right. I am blessed to work with Austin. I recommend Austin any day he deserves all 10 stars for the great service he has provided.

I really liked my experience with CarMax. The process is very straightforward, from how you select your vehicle, how you arrange for test drive and the final step paperwork trade-in options, etc. The personnel is unbelievable , the facilities are very nice, clean, a lot of space and cleanliness and social distancing protocols are there as well. I will use them again for sure.

There was great customer service at this location. The salesmen aren’t pushy and don’t try to over sell you on the vehicles. I spent around 1 to 1 1/2 hours before closing on my vehicle! They have a wonderful 90 day 4000 mile warranty, that is awesome to give to anyone buying a used/new used vehicle. I walked in and walked out without feeling the feeling of “did I make a good choice?”. I feel that my vehicle is up to satisfactory level and the care I intend to receive from the auto repair facility will follow suit.
