Miracles are real! Kevin Fortriede is the most honest and competent loan officer and the reason our family was able to become home owners. I applied with multiple lenders at the time I was looking to buy our home. Every single loan officer (over 7) failed me in some way, made errors, added thousands to the loan in fees to enrich themselves which would have led to not qualifying to close on our house in a variety of ways. Kevin found errors that other lenders made, showed me the savings and accuracy that his bank could offer us and got us into our home with a USDA loan product that even the largest loan advertisers seem to not know how to accurately undertake. Kevin Fortriede is the best. He goes out of his way to look out for his clients. Once a lower interest rate was available and worth our while, he made an effort to reach out to us about refinancing our mortgage, without us even asking. He always has his clients on his mind. Plus, closing costs/refinance costs are very cheap at Union Savings, compared to other lenders. Highly recommend!
