“I placed a pretty large order from doordash and when my order came it was incorrect and we were missing items. I called to let them know my order was messed up and spoke to the general manager Shawn. He was so courteous and apologetic best customer service I have had in a long time! He had the cooks redo the order and drove the order to me! I thought he was only bringing me the missed and incorrect items and when he arrived we realized he had them remake the whole order! I am beyond happy with his service and him stepping up and going above and beyond! I will definitely be ordering from them again! If I could give them more starts I would! “While I agree with a previous review that Dr. Desai is terrible (she told me that my tonsils were swollen... but I had them removed when I was a child), the other doctors are quite decent. Dr. Tanney is my favorite. He is a very gentle, knowledgeable, kind doctor. He listens to your concerns and thinks over a prognoses before assigning one. He has no reservations about referring you to a specialist if one is warranted. I have been under his care since I was a child and will continue to see him as well as take my family to his practice. In case you were wondering, the facility is decent and clean and typical of a Northshore office. The clinical staff is acceptable as well. Not that I have low expectations, but I figure, as long as they know what they're doing and are good at it (unlike Dr. Desai), I don't need to be impressed with people's level of perky or friendliness or the cutting edge-ness of a waiting room. Bottom line - Dr. Tanney won't let you die... I can attest to this. The office and staff are acceptable. I will continue to visit this practice and hope you will too.”
