Fantastic- the remodel of the apartments is beautiful, and the staff are all extremely kind and professional. Mark Taylor is the best rental company and I am so glad that I went back to a Mark Taylor after a poor experience with my previous 2 landlords that I rented from. Mark Taylor is the gold standard for how rental companies should be managed!

I am very happy with my apartment and all of the staff. Mark Taylor is an excellent company that I have rented with many times in the past, and I always have had the best experience when I have lived in at a complex owned by this company. Other apartment and home rental companies need to use Mark Taylor as a model for how they do their business, because you guys know what you are doing and are doing things the right way. I have always felt appreciated as a customer at Mark Taylor, and have always felt that pricing/ fees etc were always very straightforward and fair. The staff that work for the company are also very professional, kind, and patient, and always helpful. Thank you so much for being an awesome company and an awesome team of people! I really appreciate how your company treats people well and tries to make things as affordable as possible. I will continue to recommend Mark Taylor properties to all of my friends, families my, and coworkers- because your company is the BEST rental company by far in Arizona!! I love it, love it, love it here! I have lived at Club Cancun since 2017 with my now adult daughter, and I am just as happy now as I was when I moved in 6 years ago. I have never had a package come up missing from my doorstep, including the time when the giant box containing a new bed frame for my daughter sat outside for more than 24 hrs because UPS left it propped up against my downstairs neighbors wall and I didn't realize it was actually ours. We also have a resident news feed that we all use to communicate and coordinate things like getting packages that have been mis delivered to their intended addressee, or putting out a request for help moving a couch, for instance, and immediately multiple neighbor's will respond and be on their way to help. We have overnight security officers looking out for our safety although, I have never felt more safe than I do here. I would highly recommend coming to check the place out if you are looking for a nicely maintained, friendly community. Oh ya, and we have the Chandler mall, a Walmart, a Lowe's, and countless restaurants and shopping options all within walking distance.

Ive rented quite a bit and have encountered a lot of rude people. The press move in process was seamless as was move in day. I had one small thing needing a fix and Phil the maintainance guy just stopped and fixed it immediately. Folks you just dont service like those anymore. Kudos to Mark Taylor for hiring great people. It makes such a difference and you can tell by how happy my neighbors are to be living here.
