“Small box store, meaning you can almost park at the door and the store itself is not a huge building. AutoZone in New Haven has a large parts list in stock, and most everything else is one day delivery from their North Lafayette \ Clinton \ Lima Road location. The staff at the New Haven AutoZone is always helpful and friendly. And they will install your wiper blades that you buy there, and can run basic codes if your engine light is on. They will also check your charging system and they can sometimes loan you a specialty tool. Use your AutoZone membership card, and after you spend more than $20.00 five times, you get $20.00 off your next time. And they also price match!”

“Came in here on a Thursday night just a few minutes before closing. They told me it was going to take around 15 minutes to change all 4 tires on my car. I also had a truck there at the same time - since I planned to drop off the car. I was so impressed with the price and service that I decided to change all 4 tires on the truck the same night. They had me done in around 30 minutes for both vehicles. I’m used to waiting forever for tire changes and was happy to take care of things so quickly. There also helped check my tire pressure monitors and quoted a very good price to replace the two that have gone out. I’ll be returning to take care of those. The truck needs an alignment. Though they don’t do alignments, they provided me with a coupon to get it taken care of. I believe the service includes free tire rotations, balances, and road hazard for the life of the tires.”
