They did not take advantage and understood that I was looking for the best deal and most definitely offered that to me! They had the window in in no time and was out the next day to install and did a wonderful job. My husband is not a super craftsman but he is to an extent and was very impressed. But the best part of them is the lifetime warranty no matter how anything breaks or even screen tears they will replace!!!!!!!!! I don’t think that part gets enough credit!!!”
