“This is a very late review (like over a year ago) but better late than never. I was passing through Fort Wayne on a Friday afternoon when my truck shut down on the side of the road. I got hold of Phil around 5 pm on his way out for the night. He gave me instructions so I could at least get my truck towed to his secure fenced storage for the night and said he would have a look at it on Saturday morning. I've broken down far away from home a few times in my line of work and it always seems like it takes a few days to get a diagnosis then a few more to days to get parts and then more days to repair before getting hit with a several thousand dollar repair bill. Well thinking the worst I wasn't going to throw money at hotel rooms so I rented a car and after the truck was safe and secure in Phil's lot I took off and headed home to Minneapolis. I drove all night and crawled in my bed at 9 a.m. Saturday morning. At 10 a.m. the phone rings and it's Phil telling me my truck was done! It was a loose battery cable! Ughhh! Just my luck. Phil and his brother are the epitome of great customer service. I highly recommend!”

“In an attempt to redeploy one of our units we discovered our Fuser Unit had been removed for another one of our units. Discovering this took several attempts to reboot and clear error codes while Steve Shisler at Perry proTech and I were 2 states apart and not on a video chat. We all know that frustration but, Steve had the patience of a saint and I could not be more grateful. He was able to track down the events leading up to the missing Fuser Unit so we had closure on what happened and he got a new Fuser Unit to me the very next day so I could get up and running. Steve made my life easier with his patience, kindness, professionalism and his outstanding customer service. I highly recommend Steve Shisler and PERRY proTECH!”

“I go pass this car lot every day on my way to work, and YESTERDAY my brother and I went and drove around to see the kind of cars they had because I’ve been thinking about getting a new car and I honestly thought they were closed. DJ came out and greeted us and asked what I was looking for, I told him and he invited me into the building; I walked in thinking nothing of it.. TODAY I drove off the lot in a brand new 2017 Toyota Camry! !!! Quincy and DJ absolutely ROCK!!! I could’ve never seen myself driving such a nice car because I honestly didn’t think I could ever afford it.. but I say the journey to it was nothing short of a blessing. They made me feel so welcomed, they were both incredibly nice and you can tell that they were going to do everything they could to help me get a car and they did just that. And it’s AFFORDABLE!!! “Overall great experience including my sales professional Cody. I drove nearly 3 hours one way to take a look at a 2018 Ford XLT. Cody was a great communicator prior to meeting him at the dealership. He answered all of my questions and provided pictures of the truck to help assure me that I wasn't wasting my Saturday. The truck was ready (and clean) for my wife and I to look over. We decided to purchase the truck but we were concerned that we would have to come back which meant an additional 9 hours to make the purchase. The team (Cody and Finance Manager Tim) told us not to worry and that they could get the transaction completed today so we could take the truck with us. WOW! Mind you, its a Saturday, 5:45 pm, the dealership closes at 6:00 pm, and they were willing to go the extra mile to close the deal. My wife and I left with a smile and the truck at 7:00 pm.
