No nonsense with trying to sell things you don't need, just straight to the point with what's going on in your home and very detailed description of the products used and processes to resolve it all during the initial inspection, as well as clear upfront pricing. The staff that came to treat my house later was also very courteous and professional, arriving on time, answering all my questions, and digging right into the job. They quickly completed the job and left behind no mess or damage. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burt's to anyone. They've gotten so many positive reviews because they've earned them.

Burt's has come to our house a few times over the years a d havent tried to sell us or push anything at all. Finally this time I spotted some termite evidence and they suggested a whole perimeter treatment. I trust them because they didnt push things previously.
They came on time, finished on time. The technician knew the product well and was able to answer my questions. They even cleaned up and put stuff back they'd moved. -
