  Any and every Bell Tire place I've been has been wonderful! And no change in opinion with this new location! ????I've been a "member" with BT for over 5 years and if I can't find a location when needed I'm always sad, because I know I will get EXCELLENT service from them. And I got just that today. Caring and helpful staff. I will ALWAYS pick Bell Tire first! # 1 fan! ????

  Store manager Kevin and assistant manager Lane were knowledgeable and professional. They helped me make the best choice of tires for my Chevy Equinox. An added bonus of the location is we walked to Culver's for a sundae while they changed tires and aligned the car. Great service, competitive prices and a convenient location. Perfect!

  Awesome experience with Belle Tire in Columbus. Customer driven, professional, caring, exceptional customer service, customer comes first. I had a screw in one of the tires, they fixed the tire at no cost to me since it was my first time there, in addition they did tire rotation and balance, alignment - results were great and it was at no cost to me. Kevin the store manager is awesome, he clearly stated that their business is mainly focused on the customer and earning their trusted business and nothing else. Belle Tire is highly recommended and they earned a new customer - thank you for going far and beyond to earn my business.

  Absolutely phenomenal experience! The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable, and quick. They went above and beyond to make sure I left as a happy customer. My tire replacement was easy but the overall visit was so good, I was also able to add on a quick alignment fix while I was there. Wouldn’t have happened if they hadn’t been so fast, organized, and eager to help!
  Thrilled to have them in town and our household will absolutely be using them from here on out.
  And the WiFi is fast while you wait!
