Employees are very helpful and accommodating, no matter the situation. Have never had a post-repair issue but am confident that it would be quickly resolved if I did. I like that there is a clean and comfortable waiting room, away from the noise and smell of the mechanic's area.

I called Eldons at 2:15 on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. My brake lights were stuck on, and I had plans for the weekend that didn't include sitting at home because of a dead battery. They were super awesome and got me in immediately, and I was back on the road with working brake lights by 4 PM. Everyone I talked to was professional and made sure I was taken care of. Hands down the best care I've received from an auto shop. Thanks, guys!

My experience with Eldon's over the years has been exceptional. I have taken European and domestic cars to Eldon's for everything from brake repair to tire installation. I am completely confident that I will receive an honest report on my vehicle and that my interests will be put ahead of theirs.

Reason for visit: fit new tires
First time that I have taken a vehicle to Eldon’s (they were one of the installers suggested by Tire Rack) and the only work required was fitting new tires and alignment, so no experience at this point with more complex repairs. However I was impressed with their attitude and the facility’s layout and its well kept appearance. Eldon was thorough in answering my questions, took me into the shop allowing me to check and confirm that the tires were as ordered, and very eager to offer any assistance in making my wait as convenient as possible.
Though I have been generally pleased with my current/previous service facility, I expect that I will return to Eldon’s when future service is needed.

I've brought them my 1974 Porsche as well as my 2003 Mercedes and they've always done a good job. I noticed that they carefully applied anti-seize to the hub face when they did a set of tires for me; that's above and beyond your typical shop imo. Their loaner cars make it very convenient to let them work on my car without any hindrance to my schedule or needing to find a ride from someone.
