(September 5, 2018, 8:12 am)We travel 1hr 20 min to go at least one day every year because I love the Scottish Highland Dance competitions much prettier and more animated than Irish Dancing (Indianapolis Irish Fest or Dayton Celtic Fest) and we both love the Bagpipe competitions. Also love to see the herding dogs work the livestock. There is Heritage information about the Clans and all sorts of items to buy related to scottish heritage. last year we bought a Butter Bell from the potter so that we could keep the butter soft on the countertop but held in water to keep from going rancid when exposed to air. I've also bought dresses and Tartan plaid scarf for gifts.
