(August 28, 2018, 4:26 pm)I am a vintage ceiling fan collector so the museum is very fun! Downstairs is the pre 1950's exhibit. They have fans that are pre electricity. Portable fans, desk fans, ceiling fans, etc. Upstairs is the post 1950's exhibit. All of the 100+ ceiling fans upstairs are powered and they all have remotes to turn them on different speeds. Same with the stairwell connecting the two rooms: 6 fans in the stairwell with remotes. You could spend all day here, or just skim through. Tours can be self guided and/or guided. You have to call ahead to schedule a guided tour. No entry fee. You can go right in and look around!

(August 3, 2018, 11:18 am)The museum was much larger than we expected and many of the ceiling fans are wired. Our son loved going up and down the aisles and trying out all of the remotes. One of the owners showed us around and the lady working the front desk is really friendly. The trip was definitely worth it!
