Love my workouts!! Keeps me strong

I’ve always found gyms to be intimidating, which lead me to Body Outfitters a year ago. I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both my tone and strength in two short workouts with Adam each week. The accountability and personalized instruction were just what I was looking for. Nice clean studio, plenty of space, super nice staff. They have treadmills and rowers available for clients to use. Also, I appreciate the flexibility. There is no membership or commitment. You buy sessions on a month to month basis.

I had never had a personal trainer before having worked out for about 24 years. I've trained as an athlete, for vanity, for power lifting and for overall health. When I reached out to Mark (owner) about trying out their services he wanted to know my goals so that he could match up the trainer to me. Great individual care! Kirk has been my trainer for a number of months now and he has been a great addition to my health. He pushes me beyond what I have always done in the past to help me achieve my long term goals. Every trainer cares about each individual and proper form. It's so awesome to see such a group of dedicated people to their profession that can help so many people.
