I have been a patient of Dr. Whalen since 2001. In the beginning I saw him several times per week which eventually was reduced to once a month. Before his chiropractic care, I suffered from chronic low back pain and neck discomfort which would occasionally lead to very painful muscle spasms and immobility. At that time I was under the assumption that headaches where to be expected in life, loss of range of motion in the neck and spine was just part of life especially if you have a history of sport injuries. After the very first adjustment I was amazed with the improvement in my range of motion in my neck and relief of my discomfort. After a few weeks of regular care, I was thrilled by the overall improvement of ease and vitality in my body. I was sold on regular chiropractic care, I learned that my body needs regular upkeep and I chose to invest in this preventative care and was rewarded with excellent health, no headaches, not even the flu. What I most appreciate about Dr. Whalen's expertise is that he is a master at NET- a life changing technique. I have been a regular patient through both my pregnancies and was able to have natural births without complications. Through my training and running of marathons, he kept me injury free. He started care for my two girls from a week after delivery and I am very grateful to say that they are very healthy and only see a doctor once a year for their wellness checks. Three years ago we moved to Fort Wayne IN and in spite of the two hour drive, I still go to him when I need heath support- structural heath, hormonal heath, emotional and mental health, as I mentioned, he is a master.
