(October 26, 2020, 6:06 pm)I had an absolutely wonderful experience shopping here. I have to give Kudos to one of their employees named Rachael. She was VERY helpful. I needed an obscure lawnmower key duplicated and cut. Every other business I've asked flat out told me no. No one else would let me explain that the center locking grooves doesn't matter for my mower, only the two large grooves at the base of the key and the teeth matter. Rachael was willing to give it a shot with a similarly proportioned blank key. It took a couple of dud keys but she eventually produced a key that looked similar to mine. I got home, put it in my riding lawnmower and it fired right up! So now, if I lose the original key, I won't be forced to replace the entire starter! Excellent service!
