  For the last 10 years my family has been taking our pets to be seen here. The veterinarians are great, especially when you have to make those terribly hard decisions at end of life. However, they seem to be a bit under staffed especially when calling into the office. When I have to call into the office. I typically spend at least 10 minutes on hold before I can speak with someone. The lady who answers the phone and handles the majority of the check-out is not really the friendliest either. When you get past those 2 things the rest of your visit will be just fine!

  Very loving and professional staff. They really love to help our pets and that is a great feeling knowing my pup is safe in their hands.

  We've been bringing this senior lovebug to ALAH since we moved here in 2017. Each time we've gone, I've been so impressed with the professionalism, clarity on instructions, and willingness to help if we had any questions. Our cat might not like going, but we're so glad this is our home vet. This is a great team. Thank you ALAH!

  I'm so grateful for this facility. Unfortunately, we had an emergency last Friday and our Kitty was acting very strange and was foaming at the mouth. They worked us in, but before I could get him there, he got significantly worse and started seizing and had a lot of trouble breathing. I called on my way there and the minute I pulled in the parking lot, they came out to get him and took him in. Unfortunately, he had an unknown heart condition and we had to euthanize him. He was very very loved. The staff at this hospital were incredible during a very difficult time. I can't thank you enough!

  I have been going to Allison Lane for at least 10 years now. I have 4 dogs that go there, my mother has 3, and my brother has 2. Our entire family loves the staff at the facility, especially Dr. Melanie Roberts, DVM. I had to put my oldest down a few months ago and I could not have asked for a more caring individual to help me make that decision. I am forever grateful for her services and support. I will continue to take my dogs here for the rest of time. Thank you so much for your service, compassion, and support with all of my animals.
