Had my Toyota FJ Cruiser in for repairs to my driver door, door had to be replaced.They were very nice, kept me up to date on work that had been done. Very pleased !!

We had our bumper replaced due to an accident with an animal. Our car was in the shop for several days. When we got the call to come pick it up the bumper wasn’t quite right due to a manufacturing defect. We took the car with us that day and Tim the manager assured us that they would make it right. It took about three weeks total due to scheduling and waiting on parts, but they finally did make it right. The bumper looks like a factory part now. Thanks!

I had never been in a major accident before, and unfortunately I was in an crash that took my vehicle off the road, (both suspension and body damage) and JHCC walked me through every step of the process! From phone call and text updates, to friendly staff, to a quick turn around, and to top it off; I received my car back looking better than it had before I’d been hit!
