Cast Iron Steak House

We had reservations for 430pm. We got right in. Their version of ranch dressing was very good. Our steaks were cooked as ordered and delicious.

Only issue was bud lite was flat. They exchanged it for a Blue Moon.

Is it possible to be perfect in every aspect? Yes. Was the soup of the day topped with blue cheese? Yes. Was the steak so perfectly cooked that I am deeply depressed that I don’t live in this state so I can easily come back for more? Yes. Was our server knowledgeable and pleasant and funny? Absolutely. Thank you, Austin. Our best friend’s bachelorette party was made even better by this smorgasbord of delicious, savory meats and GARLIC BUTTER WITH THE FREE BREAD. Mac and cheese. Grilled asparagus. DEEP FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS. Just. Heavenly. I will be back one day.

Contender for best food at this price point I've ever had. Traditional steak house fare and a few more unique dishes that are pretty good. Regular place for my wife and I despite an over 30 min drive. They are busy on weekends so call to make a reservation. Only criticism I can come up with is sometimes the kitchen can't keep up on busy nights. Wait staff have always been decent. Good enough that I've never noticed the service being bad at least.

Excellent steakhouse in this area with excellent service. Not so much gourmet offerings but very well done continental classic dishes. Steaks are magnificently prepared and executed. 1 star off for the temperature of the I door seating being a bit colder than I would like, but not so much of a complaint as much as a factoring of it not being 5 stars perfect. I went on a cold day, so it is to be expected, but I can't give it 5 stars.

We had reservations and our table was ready when we arrived! Festive atmosphere for New Years Eve. Our waiter was so wonderful, attentive and deserved his 30% tip! Our skillet steak was juicy and tender. No steak sauce even considered! Salad was fresh and crispy. Great evening all around!
