I love the gym and the trainers. The facility is kept clean and is very open and inviting. The staff is friendly and passionate about helping its members meet their goals. I would recommend Burn Boot Camp Prosper to anyone that struggles with staying motivated or simply wants access to a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. If you aren’t convinced yet just try it out for yourself they often have promotions well worth the price of admission. What do you have to lose? Well maybe a few pounds… LOL…Yes most workouts are intense but you could always mod up or down and work at your own pace.
I absolutely love the team at Burn Boot Camp in Prosper! In the past I would either workout on my own, at a gym, or run outdoors, which would get boring and was not challenging ,so ultimately I’d drop it. The workouts at Burn are challenging and fun! The instructors have been so helpful, showing modifications to any workouts I’m not quiet able to do, and guiding me on proper form on other workouts. The other ladies (and gentlemen) that attend the camps are so friendly and encouraging. I can’t say enough good things about Burn. If you’re looking to get in shape, switch up your workout routine, or even just looking for something to boost your mood, I highly recommend Burn.
I can’t say enough good things about this Burn Boot Camp! All of the trainers are phenomenal and will help you achieve any goal that you have! That community is so supportive and friendly! And as an added perk, the childcare is wonderful! I highly recommend!
I joined Burn Boot Camp in Prosper at the end of January 2021. I am not someone who enjoys going to the gym at all, but I needed to make a change for me. Walking in the first morning for 5am camp was scary, but I was instantly welcomed. The camps are challenging and never boring and there is a wide variety of fitness levels who attend. I never feel singled out or judged for having to modify an exercise if needed. The trainers are highly skilled and encouraging and challenge you to be your best. To date I have lost 14 pounds and grown stronger. I am committed for myself and supported by my Burn family. It feels great to be in a place who wants you to succeed!
Love this gym! The trainers are amazing and really know how to modify all of the exercises depending on your skill level. Plus free childcare! Win win!
