“My Class C RV shredded 2 tires in Lexington, spoke to Jason the second they opened, he was friendly and easy to talk to, said his guys would be out as soon possible from North Reading! He called me back to update me on their arrival, and followed up with a phone call when the work was done. The crew arrived and got right to work, and despite a very difficult rim and tire, they got the job done perfectly. They went above and beyond to make sure my other tires were safe and gave me the confidence I needed to get back on the road. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. We started at La Petite earlier this year after our first daycare closed unexpectedly with less than a months notice. The price is slightly more than we were paying previously, but the level of care is more than worth it. The access and oversight given to parents on a daily basis is unmatched in my opinion, and I feel genuinely close to my child throughout the day. The Director and Assistant Director have also taken every concern I have about being away from my child with the utmost sincerity, and keep me more informed than I ever expected to be. I can see that my child is safe, genuinely happy, and loved! I am so grateful we ended up here.”

“I've purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership over the last 5 years(currently still have ownership of 2 of them a 1995 Chevy Impala and a 2000 Lincoln LS) and while some issues may have arised, that's part of buying used cars. I purchased my Impala with around 110k miles. I did research beforehand on the vehicle(like everyone should do) and knew transmission failure was common around the 120k mark. Guess what, the trans went. Is that their fault? No. I purchased my Lincoln knowing it has a plastic cooling system that is prone to failure and guess what, it eventually failed as well. Again, not their fault. This stuff happens when you buy used cars and can even happen when you buy a new car. Do your research people. They were open and honest with me about any known issues and even helped resolve them within reason. Do your research, make your payments on time and you're good to go. They've always been willing to work with people and I will go out of my way to defend them. I stop by there when I'm in the area just to chat with them because they are GOOD people. 10/10 would recommend. 10/10 would buy from this dealership again.”
