It was very nice and I'm glad this is where my daughter's baby shower was I went to school there as a kid and it was nice being there I can't wait for my granddaughter to be here I'm so excited

Best rec center in dearborn county. The front desk staff are amazing, price very reasonable, and everything is spotless. Love it!

Recently started going here, the place is Always clean and super friendly staff and patrons no matter the time of day. They have a vast assortment of equipment for it being a relatively small gym. Loving it so far, thanks guys!

The Best!!! A comfortable, friendly environment to work out in, great for all ages. All the great equipment a beginner to a serious body builder could want. Clean, well kept facility, nicer than the big name gyms. Friendly to older adults too, and specialty classes for adults with special needs. Specialty classes for women; ballroom dancing classes also in their video ad. The Best trainer in America, for all adult ages and goals, by appointment for a reasonable fee.

Nice clean facility. Wide variety of workout equipment and free weights. Full court basketball, heavy bags, speed bags. They offer all sorts of classes/program. With a membership you get 25/7 access.
