I was very happy and pleased with the care and great customer service they gave me. Mike, the manager goes beyond excellent. He is very helpful, knowledgable and explain things well. Am glad I found this place. My car tires got fixed and I didnt have to worry about safety issue after they inspected what went wrong. I highly recommend them.

I have been taking the cars for my mom and myself over the last several years. The customer service is wonderful with close communication, lead by Michael. Not just helpful, but makes the whole experience pleasant!

The guys over here are always so friendly! They give you your options and explain the benefits of buying different grades of tires and they aren't pushy about selling you premium tires if you don't want them. Honest business and fair prices.

Highly recommended place for any automotive work. Mike, the manager, is an amazing guy and always take care of me. I own a small business and bring all of my trucks and tires to him if I ever need anything and he always gets me in super fast and does everything at a super reasonable price. Mike keeps me updated throughout the entire process and I have never had a bad experience even after being there 10-15 different times. I have had a lot of experiences with other automotive shops and they have never been anywhere near this place. Will always be a customer here!

I am always blown away with customer service at this service shop. Mike is an absolutely the best at his job. I originally came in to have them look at why was I loosing air in one of my tires. no other shop wanted to take me right away without an appointment, however, Mike immediately took care of it and I was in and out in under an hour. I brought my second car and have them do all wheel alignment, complete brake job and service. again, the cost, the service and quality where fantastic. I then brought my third car for the same service and could not be happier. I highly recommend this place. Great Service, great quality and most importantly they do not try to scam you to doing something you do not need. Just yesterday, i brought in my 11 years old Xterra for a front end alignment, oil change and all 4 wheel balancing. They checked the alignment and determine that no adjustment was necessary. They didn't charge me for it, even though, they spend time verifying it. Again Thank you Mike and the whole team at Suburban Tire in Roselle.

I just love how they give you 60% off photos and great service at the pharmacy and the pharmacist Kayhy is GREAT and Cindy is the BEST.😀😀😀😀
