I recommend this place. We had a large temp controlled unit and two smaller non-controlled ones while waiting to move for several months. Although I thought the Temp controlled was a little pricey, there wasn't much choice in the area. I am glad we went with this one though. Our belongings were worth saving the right way.
Cindy, I believe her name is, was professional and very helpful in getting us the size we needed, and even the second small one last minute.
I paid up front , and on time, and left everything as clean as possible, so no problems getting 2 of the 3 deposits back. The other one was emptied during a lot of snow in Dec, so that wasn't a surprise.
Communication is the key to customer service, and we worked it out for the best on both sides.
