  I had to get a new dishwasher installed, as the one that was in our new build was installed incorrectly. Josh and Trevor (truck team T2) were phenomenal. Josh worked efficiently and diligently from start to finish. He was very experienced and knowledgeable and even gave pointers and tips to keep my appliances running well. The job was perfectly done and I appreciated the kindness and exceptional customer service as well. A++++ highly recommend!

  Our experience was great, from the welcome to the finish. Our sales representative made an immediate friendly introduction and ask if there was a way he could help us out or if we were just window shopping. My wife and I were in the market for a new living room set and like being able to sit on the furniture we our investing in. Our sales rep was knowledgeable and asked the questions to direct us to what fit our needs in style comfort and price. Vans fulfilled are experience with the proper balance between supporting us without being pushy and be close enough to answer our questions. The Labor Day sale was a nice additive to our experience too.

  I will say that if I buy anything for the kitchen I will go there. My appliances came in they got me set up for them to install the wall oven. Tim came out to put it in, got everything in and set up and the manufacturer of the wall oven didn't have all the parts in it. Tim said he was going to get the part he needed and come back. 2 days later. Tim called said he got the part and was coming to fix the wall oven. Tim did a great job and was very professional and precise. Very nice man and he was quick to get the part he needed and quick to get back out to me to finish the job. Tim is an excellent Van's employee.

  After waiting over a year for my last two appliances to be delivered, Mr. Tim showed up at my door with my dishwasher. What an amazing people person he is! He called (and arrived) approximately 30 minutes before my delivery window which allowed me to add additional things to my schedule for the day. He handled my dishwasher and cabinetry with care all while chatting with me about random things. His customer service skills were above and beyond my expectations! I made it a point to let him know how much he was appreciated and in return, informed of how much he liked being appreciated. There aren’t enough people in the world like him. Van’s should be proud to have them as a representative of their company!!!

  I love everything about Vans appliances. Their guys always go above and beyond to do the best work. They always take the time to go over things with you, and ensure the job was done to its upmost satisfaction.
