The wife and I went to AT&T to change over from spectrum mobile due to having issues and fighting with spectrum since June 2022. Upon arriving at the Alexander city store we walked in and Ethan And the young lady working with him was quick to help us and answer any questions we had. Only issue I found was store not having a very big selection on apple phones in stock ( not a biggie) all and all a very good experience from the friendly staff.

Was very satisfied and pleased with Ethan that took care of me and my wife when we upgraded our phones on Saturday August 6th I would recommend this store to anyone

Ethan was very knowledgeable about the phones and the service we were wanting to get. I bought a new phone and got new service for our existing iPhone We already had.
