I got a call the day of the delivery about an hour beforehand (exactly like they said I would) from the driver giving me an estimated time that he'd be there. He was a pleasure to work with, very flexible and quick to solve some minor problems - I wish I grabbed his name. He helped me take the hood off the truck and even connected with me about my truck briefly. The whole experience was really fantastic, I'll use them again.

(June 25, 2017, 10:17 pm)I ordered a set of wheel that were shipped from Ohio, and could not be happier with the product and the delivery. 328 pounds in total and the shipment was nicely shrink wrapped, loaded on a press-board pallet, and dropped off in my driveway as requested.
The wheels (tires mounted on steel wheels) were delivered on the originally estimated delivery date. The shipper gave me R&L's contact information in Ohio, so I called them and got an emailed delivery waiver (from Emilee) that the wheels could be dropped of in our driveway in case we were not home.
Jennifer from the Richmond, Virginia area R&L office called me the day before delivery to let me know that delivery was going to take place the next day. In addition, the driver called me about 20 minutes before he got to our house to give me a heads-up... and that made it so we were sure to be home for delivery.
All-around great deal. Excellent delivery experience. could not have asked for better service.
