(March 10, 2020, 2:50 pm)Everyone was great and really friendly at Kia of Muncie. I live out of state and my salesman Lucas was amazing throughout the whole process. Everything was done via email prior to physically picking up the car and it was seamless. Jason was helpful getting me set up with Lucas and Craig made the financing portion a breeze. We were out in about an hour. Easily the best car buying process I've ever been through.

Nick listened to all questions with an answer. He assured us if at anytime we had another question stop by to see him and he will give us a answer as well as show us. A huge smile on his face with a firm hand shake and eye contact. He assured me he would take of us and HE DID. THANK YOU KIA as well as Nick for your service. KIA keep this man on your team. (February 29, 2020, 9:41 am)I came into Kia of Muncie with a friend to have her car serviced. The guys in there were super friendly, they even let me take a toss of the beanbag, for corn hole.
They were bright, friendly and very welcoming.
If I was in the market for a car, I would definitely work with these guys.
Thanks so much for a fun experience and the Starbucks coffee!
PS. The car smelled amazing when we got back in! -

It was a very smooth process. Very friendly and easy to talk to. He got all the facts lined up to find something within my budget. Great guy.

I had purchased a car 2 yrs ago from Kia of Muncie so I told her that would be the best place to purchase a car that would last a long time with the best warranty. I walked in and was greeted by Devan and couldn’t have been more pleased. The entire experience was the best. My daughter is logical so she wanted to make sure she was spending her money wisely. Devan did not mind pulling as many cars from the lot as she requested just so she made the right decision. There was no pressure and he was very easy going. I would recommend going and asking for Devan if your in the market for a vehicle!
