(July 1, 2019, 9:38 am)I went in for a routine appointment and Dr. Neal noticed a freckle on my check and ask if I was open to him inquiring about it. Long story short Dr. Neal thought it could be melanoma and was adamant that I get it checked although my physician said it was nothing, and Dr. Neal made me promise to do so soon and to call him with the results. Dr Neal was correct and the dermatologist told me three time that my dentist saved my life. Yorktown Family Dentistry really cares about their patients.

Dr. Neal and Patty (dental technician) understood the anxiety related to my phobia. I was treated in a kind and gentle manner that helped me through the appointment. The appointment was not rushed; I was given the time needed to become as comfortable as possible. I truly appreciate the compassion given. Thank you. Cyndi:)

(March 3, 2018, 2:32 pm)Everyone on the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The work I received was done great. Definitely recommend anyone who has not been to the dentist in a long time come to see them. They don't judge and do quality work.
