  I feel extremely safe with my animals in their hands. They truly care and are concerned about your pet’s needs. They also care about your needs and what you can afford. As pet owners, we would be willing to spend all we have to help our animals. In these situations, they have a few options for payments if you don’t have the money upfront. They are genuinely caring and understanding as a staff. Keep up the wonderful work :)

  Dr. Eddelman and Jessica were wonderful! My cat does NOT like the vet, but he was so kind and gentle that my little guy didn’t seem to mind! They really took good care of us. I am sad I will be relocating and unable to see them again. Thank you for giving us such a great experience!

  Thank you all so much for being so good to my babies and so understanding when it comes to pricing and money! They never pressure you into anything and they make sure you know what your babies need! I’m so glad that I stumbled upon Country Critters.   Took our ten year old cat here for what ended up being a really bad upper respiratory infection. They tested him for HIV/leukemia and ear mites. Gave him antibiotics via shot and a different type down in his ears once they cleaned them out. Also pit on medicine to help protect against ear mites since he has been staying outside more. They told us everything before they did anything at all and gave us the price of every thing before they ever started treatment. We were able to change and deny some stuff that was on the list before they began. The staff was great with us and our cat. Very informative, friendly, and just all around exactly what you want from your vet. The price was extremely cheaper then we thought it was going to be as well.

  Totally different experience than I have ever encountered. My girl went to the same vet for 13 years. When she became extremely ill my old vet clinic denied her service even through I explained it was an emergency. I found Country Critters. I called and was able to get right in. They checked up on her daily and asked if there was anything they could do for her. I am glad I was able to find them even though my days with her were numbered. I wish I knew about them sooner. I started taking my other dog there. Was shocked when the doctor came in sat right in the floor with her and made her feel so comfortable. Did more for her than the old vet ever did. I highly recommend them to anyone!!!!
