I recently purchased a couch from there. I got it home and unwrapped it and it was badly damaged. I took some pictures of the damage and went in the next day expecting the worst. I showed the manager 3 of my many pictures and he said “bring it back and we will swap it out”. I was very surprised by this. I was fully expecting a bunch of excuses or needing more proof that it was their fault but it was just that easy. I brought it back and they had my new one unwrapped and we inspected it. I loaded it up and took it home. Very easy to deal with! I recommend them if you’re looking for furniture.
