I have had two furnaces (I own a duplex and I had one installed on each side, within a two year period.) Each time, was a positive experience from beginning to end. Dan was awesome at giving the estimate, explaining how to get utilities started, and arranging the install. The men that came out to do the job were always courteous, polite, and professional. They knew what they were doing and they were fast! When the furnace install was complete, they explained how to operate it and the thermostat very thoroughly. This is a top notch company, that I would recommend to anyone. A+++.

(September 17, 2019, 3:44 pm)My experience with Mike King Heating & Cooling was nothing short of amazing. I called on Tuesday AM for a unit that the blower was not working therefore no A/C! Brad (Tech) was out early in the afternoon & determined the blower motor was bad! Mike came out & we discussed the issue & considering the current unit was installed in 2000 we decided that it made better sense just replace it! On Friday, the install crew was here ready to go in the morning. The installers did a fantastic job & by noon they were finished & I had cooling once again. I have 22 units that I have them service 2 times a year & if something happens in the meantime, they are right on it. GREAT JOB!!

(September 12, 2019, 6:11 pm)I thought I might be having carbon monoxide issues. I called and they sent a service person within 30 minutes. He was very thorough and checked not just my HVAC but water heater and every room in the house for CO2. Did annual service on the furnace and the bill was very reasonable! I've used Mike King H&C several times and always been completely satisfied.
