(October 25, 2022, 8:06 pm)The true definition of a old school body builder classic gym. Great atmosphere, great machines, plenty of choices. I found myself walking around i a daze trying to figure out what to use next and unfortunately I only had one day to use this gym since I travel for work. Owner and desk gal were super friendly I hope in the future I can make it back here again!

(October 17, 2022, 6:09 pm)100% recommend! The members are so nice, the gym is clean, and there's tons of equipment! They even have a juice bar for protein shakes that actually taste good, and a cryotherapy tank! Staff and management is great and very understanding; they do their best to work with you. They have a lot to offer considering they're a small business with only one location. Even better that they're veteran/family owned, and the owners were former body builders.
Such a nice place to work out and great people!
