One phone call to the Connersville Branch and I was back in action. I have been helped several times due to operator error. I have always been met with professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals. In a time where Customer Service isn't a priority in society. FCN Bank took it up a notch!! Thank you again! Jo
(September 4, 2021, 8:25 am)I like FCNB it's by far 1 of the best banks I have ever used They have always been friendly and treated me with the up most respect I am thankful for them keeping an awesome lookout on my account and texting me as soon as something doesn't normal I just text and let them know it's me and can continue it a few moments
