We worked with Lindsey Knipp of Bridge Realtors and Wow! What can I say!? I don’t think there could have been anything done to make our experience better because Lindsey was a ten out of ten. She was thorough, encouraging, NOT PUSHY, did not act like she knew it all (even though you could tell she was very knowledgeable), sweet, patient, and I could go on and on.

She encouraged us with confidence on the list price for our house (we thought the list price might be too high), but we received a full price offer within four days of listing our house.

She walked with us from beginning to end (recommending what to update and what was probably ok to leave alone before listing the house).

We stumbled upon Lindsey when we tried to sell our house FSBO and fell in love with her laid back personality (but not so laid back that she doesn’t know when to get aggressive), and I’m so glad we waited to sell with her at the helm. With her encouragement and guidance we made way more than we thought possible on the sale of our house.

We cannot recommend Lindsey enough or give her enough stars. Choose her as your real estate agent, you won’t be sorry.

Robert was a consumate professional who provided a 5 star experience in finding our home. He was courteous to us at all times and truly cared that we found our ideal home. My wife and I were blown away with his effort and results. As far as I am concerned he is the only game in town.

Me and my wife had the pleasure of working with Robert. He came HIGHLY recommended from her parents as he sold them 2 houses. We had a difficult time finding a house at first but Robert was there every step of the way helping us find the perfect home. After 2 years of searching, Robert helped us find THE house for me and my wife. The next time we are looking to find a new home, we hope to be able to work with Robert again.
